Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before creating an account or placing any bets on the 429bet platform. By accessing or using 429bet.ws, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Introduction and Acceptance
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the 429bet website located at https://429bet.ws and all associated services, products, mobile interfaces, and promotional materials operated by or on behalf of the 429bet brand (collectively referred to as the "Platform"). By registering an account, accessing the Platform, placing a bet, or making a deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you have registered an account, contact our support team to request account closure.
Important: These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and the 429bet platform. They take effect from the moment you submit your account registration on 429bet.ws.
429bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. Eligibility and Account Registration
Access to the 429bet Platform and the ability to place real-money bets is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and throughout the entire duration of your account:
- Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using any aspect of the 429bet platform. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
- Jurisdiction: You are responsible for ensuring that use of this Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 429bet does not warrant that use of the Platform is legal in your location.
- One Account Per Person: Each player may hold only one registered account on 429bet. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances or bonuses.
- Accurate Information: All registration details provided must be truthful, complete, and current. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account suspension.
- Personal Use Only: Accounts are strictly for personal use. You may not register on behalf of another person, act as an agent for a third party, or allow any other individual to use your account credentials.
- Mental Capacity: You confirm that you are acting in your own personal capacity, that you are of sound mind, and that you are not under the influence of substances that impair your ability to make informed decisions.
429bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing withdrawals, or following unusual account activity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 14 days may result in account suspension.

These six principles underpin how 429bet operates and how we treat every player on the platform.
3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments
429bet accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of your transaction. Currently accepted methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
The minimum deposit via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳50. Bank transfer minimum deposits may vary. All deposits are processed in real time and credited to your 429bet account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. 429bet does not charge any deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification. Unverified accounts cannot process withdrawals. Verified accounts may withdraw a minimum of ৳200 per transaction. Withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 5–30 minutes. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. 429bet reserves the right to delay withdrawals pending fraud or bonus-abuse investigation.
All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, bets, and bonus amounts are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 429bet does not hold accounts in foreign currencies. Any conversion costs arising from international card payments are the sole responsibility of the player.
You must not use payment methods that do not belong to you. Third-party deposits (funding your 429bet account using another person's bKash or bank account) are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and reversal of affected transactions.
- No chargeback abuse: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or mobile wallet provider while retaining winnings is considered fraud and will result in permanent account closure.
- Dormant accounts: Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. A monthly administration fee of ৳100 may be applied to dormant account balances after written notice.
- Matched withdrawals: 429bet may require that withdrawals be processed via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, as an anti-money-laundering safeguard.
4. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements
From time to time, 429bet offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms attached to individual promotions.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated clearly on each promotion's detail page. Failure to meet wagering requirements before requesting withdrawal will result in forfeiture of bonus funds.
429bet operates a strict zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using automated betting strategies to clear wagering requirements at low risk, and coordinated play between accounts to generate artificial turnover. Any account found engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended immediately, all bonus winnings forfeited, and the matter may be referred for further investigation.
- One welcome bonus per household: The welcome bonus is available to one account per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Attempts to claim the welcome bonus via multiple accounts will be treated as bonus abuse.
- Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute to wagering requirements at different rates. Slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are published on each promotion's page.
- Expiry: Bonus funds and associated free spins expire within the period stated in the promotion terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account balance automatically and cannot be reinstated.
- Modification or cancellation: 429bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, including those already accepted by players, with reasonable notice where practicable.
5. Responsible Gaming and Player Protection
429bet is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. We provide tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity and maintain control over their spending and time. Players aged 21 and above are the only individuals permitted to use this Platform.
Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic may apply for self-exclusion through their account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion periods range from 30 days to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, 429bet will make reasonable efforts to prevent the player from logging in or receiving promotional communications.
Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits via their account dashboard. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 48-hour cooling-off period before taking effect, during which the previous lower limit remains in force.

6. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 429bet Platform. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be subject to legal action where applicable under Bangladeshi law:
- Use of bots or automated software to place bets, navigate the Platform, or interact with any game interface.
- Match-fixing or collusion with other players or third parties to manipulate the outcome of any sporting event or casino game.
- Money laundering — using 429bet to layer, place, or integrate funds derived from illegal activities.
- Hacking or system interference — attempting to access unauthorised areas of the Platform, exploit software vulnerabilities, or interfere with the integrity of any game.
- Impersonation — registering or operating an account under a false identity or in the name of another person.
- Under-age play — any attempt by a person under 21 years of age to register, access, or use the Platform.
- Abusive behaviour — using threatening, offensive, or discriminatory language toward 429bet staff or other players via any communication channel.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the 429bet Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, and database rights — is the intellectual property of 429bet or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products, or services obtained from the Platform without prior written consent from 429bet.
8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 429bet and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
429bet does not warrant uninterrupted, error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, or force majeure events (including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, and government-imposed restrictions) may result in temporary unavailability. 429bet is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
In the event of a technical error, data feed failure, or software malfunction that results in incorrect odds being displayed or a bet being accepted in error, 429bet reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake to the player's account. This decision is final and is not subject to player dispute.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which 429bet is registered and operates. By using the Platform, you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute.

Player Funds: 429bet holds player funds separate from operational funds. In the event of insolvency, player funds are treated as a priority liability. This provides a reasonable level of protection to deposited player balances.

- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
- No Waiver: The failure of 429bet to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision in future instances.
- Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without prior written consent from 429bet. 429bet may assign its rights and obligations without restriction.
- Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy between this English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
